It Came!!!
I received my diploma in the mail today!!!
I still need a frame. Any suggestions are welcome as to where to get a nice one with a mat or a floating frame
It even came with a wallet diploma, courtesy of the UNLV Alumni association.
Yes, I did blur out my middle name. I figure this is a public site.

I’ve looked at JoAnn’s, they just didn’t have what I wanted.
I may do a custom one if I can’t find one soon.
I figure this is something worth framing perfectly, but at a moderate price.

I got my diploma frame from walmart. Yes tacky but, It was a simple thick black frame and makes the diploma look good. Where are you going to hang it?

I was thinking to hang them by the front door, or on the wall behind our couch to the right, close to the fireplace and computer. I’d like to buy two frames, maybe three for when Jon gets his master’s, but one for each of our undergrad diplomas.
I’m leaning towards near the computer just so at times when I’m online procrastinating or trying to keep my sanity as a mom, or depressed, I can look at it and know I’ve accomplished something, at least something the recognizes me with a certificate. ๐
I really like your frame. Too bad it’s from Satan’s- Mart. No, I don’t think Wal-mart is the devil, just his pawn….no no I’m really just kidding.

I got mine at Target. They seem to have a wide selection at the end of the spring semester. I bought mine on clearance for $8.

Try Pier 1. That’s where I got my floating frames and they were cheap, like $12.
