5. Reese’s.
1. Windex. It’s really for more than windows. It gets the sticky grime off pretty well.
2. General Conference.
3. Sitting on the couch with my family and watching informative shows.
4. A home and all the things in it.
5. A healthy immune system. Even when I’m hit it helps me get better.
1. My intelligence. I’m happy to be on Earth and able to learn and grow, even if I’ve felt like I haven’t been learning things lately I’m grateful that I can and have had many opportunities to enlighten my mind.
2. Spring. I love warm weather and I’m happy it’s getting warmer here. I can’t wait to go swimming this summer with the girls.
3. I can sew. I’m looking forward to creating my Ozian costume for the play. Since Lilah’s a lullaby girl I don’t have creative freedom to do with that what I want, so my costume is the one I get to worry about and design.
4. The future. I know this is broad but I’m thankful for the happy outlook of my family’s future. I’ve been focusing on the future and I think that helps me stay focused on more important things rather than dwelling on the past or worrying about stupid things.
5. I’m grateful that Jon does/ did the taxes.
1. A garden. Jon does all the work and I’m also grateful for that.
2. A second car.
3. Family Blogs. I love reading about what’s going on with those I love or how they’re feeling.
4. Healthy children.
5. Warm blankets on chilly spring nights. It went from 80 during the day to 60 during the day in one night.
I’m getting behind on my 5 things I’m grateful for. I’m suppose to post on Monday’s but we were busy and gone all day yesterday and Jon hasn’t posted his yet for the week and that is usually what reminds me to post mine.
1. Sleeping in, well anything that means extra sleep is nice.
2. Little girls who fall asleep in your arms because they didn’t get a nap and just love watching Dancing With the Stars so they don’t want to go to bed.
3. Crazy food experiments.
4.รย Husbands that let you watch Dancing with the Stars while one of their favorite shows is on also. (We like The Big Bang too and often find ourselves just watching the dances so we can watch more of the other show.)
5. Family. All of mine get to be together this week and I just love it.
1. Watching my daughters learn and being an active part of it.
2. Afternoon naps with three girls snug as bugs in one bed.
3. Beautiful Spring Days enjoyed at the park with friends.
4. A wonderful husband who works hard and goes to school to support our family.
5. The trash men who take away our trash each week for us. I’m happy I don’t have to burn trash or take it to the dump myself.
1. Lazy afternoons spent with friends.
2. Home cooked meals. ( I feel like I haven’t really been cooking lately since I’ve been cooking the same things over and over again and there is always something that is canned or frozen involved.)
3. Little newborns. I was able to hold and cuddle Sam’s Matilda today and it was so fun.
4. My out of shape body. I’m not grateful that it’s out of shape but I am grateful that I have a month to get in shape before we learn dance steps for the play.
5. The joy of seeing little girls get bigger and experience new things.
1. Love note scavenger hunts.
2. Wedding anniversaries.
3. A wiggly tooth on an excited little girl. ( I think it will fall out by the end of the week.)
4. Cloudy mornings.
5. A little girl obsessed with catching bugs, even though it’s slightly annoying, I think she’s too cute. (Lilah would be the obsessed one.)
I’m grateful for…
1. … late night/ early morning conversations with my husband.
2. … loved ones who tell you you have a nice singing voice. (I just need to believe it more myself.)
3. … my mind and spirit.
4. … rainy days, even if they keep you from going to the park, but allow your girls to play Wii fit at their aunt’s house all afternoon.
5. … little girls who occupy each other by telling crazy, made up, knock knock jokes to one another while riding in the car.
1. Hot granola fresh from the oven.
2. Sisters who let you spend all day at their house because you have no where to go.
3. I’m thankful to be healthy and back to normal!
4. Gospel lessons that go well.
5. Wonderful Relief Society sisters.
